All refunds are processed once the item is in our possession. The item must be returned 7 days within receiving it in the condition that it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from odour, makeup, lint and stains. Hanging tag must be attached to the item in the original seal bag/gift box the item arrived in for redistribution; shipping return will be on customer’s expense.

If your item has been shipped and you require a refund, the cost of the item only will be refunded to you. Once the item is in your possession, please return it to our Return Address, which can be provided upon request if your item qualifies for a refund (see T&Cs). A refund may be processed once the item is in our possession. The amount refunded will be the amount of the item listed on our page in CAD currency, for the amount you had purchased it for.

Our pieces are dispatched as unused, unworn items in brand-new excellent condition. Each item undergoes quality assurance before dispatch. If a customer has received an item damaged or with a defect or an incorrect item, please email us. Please note, we do not cover wear and tear.

If an item is listed as sale/final sale/exchange only, the item is no longer applicable for a refund.  

You are responsible of choosing your size accordingly.

CUSTOMS

All customs will be paid on customer’s expense. HAYAH is not responsible for the any additional customs charges or taxes the customer’s designated country applies. If an item is returned and a Tariff (customs) fee is applied to us, the tariff fee will be deducted from the total return/exchange balance.

We hold the right to deny a refund or exchange if any of the above are not as followed.
