Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST from Monday – Friday. If an order is placed Monday night, the item will be dispatched Tuesday by 1:00 PM EST.
All orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Once your trackable item has been picked up and left our facility/location, the item is no longer under the control or responsibility of HAYAH. If your item is lost, kindly contact your assigned postage company.

After processing, arrival of shipment may take up to 1-3 business days (items are traceable via Canada Post or UPS).

After processing, arrival of shipment takes 3-7 business days. All International packages are shipped and traceable via our third party shippers.
Orders made on National and Islamic holidays are dispatched the following business day.

All customs will be paid on customer’s expense. HAYAH is not responsible for the any additional customs charges or taxes the customer’s designated country applies upon the arrival of the item. If an item is denied or returned and a Tariff (customs) fee is applied to us, the tariff fee will be deducted from the total return/exchange balance.
Refusal of Parcel
If an item arrives with a customs fee and the customer chooses to deny the parcel, the item will be returned to us. If the returned item arrives to our Return location with a customs charge, the customs fee, Return Shipping charge and initial shipping charge (when the item was ordered to arrive at your location) will be deducted from the total sum of the order.
We hold the right to deny a refund or exchange if any of the above are not as followed.
