Payment

We accept cash, credit, debit, and Paypal. Please note, there will be a 3.5% charge when a Paypal invoice is requested and processed.

A portion of our sales are donated after every fiscal quarter.

Promotion

Our sales are dependant upon season and inventory. Once an item is marked as sale, final sale, promo or if an item is purchased with a coupon code, the item(s) is no longer applicable for a refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of all our sales and discount codes during their purchase, as we have social media pages that indicate when our sales occur. Our sales may be pre-planned or a ‘pop-up surprise sale’. Once a sale has been announced, we are not responsible in notifying customers before or after their purchase during the time of these sales.

All items purchased at our physical events are final sale.

Responses/Email

We respond to emails typically within 2 business days from 10 AM EST – 6 PM EST. During peak season (Eid, holidays), we can take up to 2 additional days to respond so we thank you in advance for your patience. We do not respond on weekends or National holidays. Please do not resend your email if you have not been responded to, as that will delay your response.
